We want you to love your order. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Contact us first to request a return so we can give you the correct return instructions. Returns sent without contacting us may not be accepted.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.
Return shipping For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Cancellations To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet shipped.
